VACANCIES FOR OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENTS CLINICS & UPCOMING CLINICS IN MEDIA CITY
	OR Manager - Assumes overall responsibility for effective, efficient and cost-effective operation of the Operating Room Department. Directs, co-ordinates and evaluates the activities of the designated area for the purpose of maintaining optimal delivery of patient and customer care and utilization of the available Operating Rooms and staff.
	ICU Manager - Assumes overall responsibility for effective, efficient and cost-effective operation of Critical Care Services (Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Intensive Care Unit), Directs, co-ordinates and evaluates the activities of the designated area for the purpose of maintaining optimal delivery of patient care. Coordinates the provision of safe, efficient, and economical 24 hour nursing care in the Critical Care Units (ICU and CICU) in line with established standards of care.
	Paramedic / EMT - Responsible for following organizational direction and meeting established expectations when performing required operational duties; and for assessment, treatment and transport of ill or injured patients at Advanced Life Support Level/Intermediate Life Support  This will be accomplished through effective communication, initiative and insight, sound technical and professional knowledge, and promotion of best practices for both internal and external clients. DCAS license will be preferred.
	Heart Centre Manager - Provides administrative, marketing and clinical direction for the staff of the Heart Center (Cardiology Clinic, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Non-invasive Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, Inpatient Cardiology Nurse and Interventional Cardiology). Ensures that the provision of Cardiac Patients Care under this department is efficient, cost effective, and consistent with the established protocols, evidence-based medicine, accreditation standards, and Hospital Policy and Procedure.
	Clinic Manager, Oncology Clinic - The Clinic Manager will be a Registered Nurse who provides and coordinates patient care activities through the Medical Staff, the Physician Coordinator and paramedical staff. The Clinic Manager will manage both clinical and non-clinical aspects of the Clinic and will report directly to the Director, Clinic Operations.
	Clinic Manager, Specialty Clinic (ENT & Ophthalmology) - The Clinic Manager will be a registered nurse who coordinates patient care activities through the medical staff and paramedical staff. The Clinic Manager has operational accountability for staff schedules that support the physician practice, registration quality, cash collections and insurance accountability, clinical quality, performance improvement and patient service excellence. The Clinic Manager hires, develops, conducts competency assessments, and terminates staff in conjunction with and in close collaboration with Human Resources.
	Clinic Manager, OBGY Clinic (DMCC Branch) - The Clinic Manager will be a registered nurse who coordinates patient care activities through the medical staff and paramedical staff. 	Tumor Registrar - The Tumor Registrar manages the day-to-day operations of the Tumor Registry. Supervises the cancer data management system to promote quality collection of clinical data, follow-up, and care of cancer patients. Ensures the Registry is performed timely and accurately in compliance with all requirements of an approved cancer program as set forth by the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Health Cancer Registry. Assists in collecting and submitting and submitting data related to accreditation and certification programs.
	Oncology Clinic Staff Nurse – The role of the Oncology Staff Nurse, encompasses performing a variety of specialized and routine activities in the Oncology Department including but not limited to providing direct patient care and coordinates patient care-related activities using the nursing process, administering chemotherapy and biotherapy and blood products, managing patients before, during and after procedures, administering medications, maintaining patient’s records, counseling and educating patients and their families and performing emergency treatment as needed. Nursing care given to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient population.

VACANCIES FOR NURSING IN PATIENT DEPARTMENT :
	Assistant Chief Nursing Officer for Critical Care – Under the administrative direction of the CNO, the ACNO is fully responsible for all aspects of clinical nursing activities in assigned units. In conjunction with the Unit Managers, the ACNO will direct, assign and delegate hospital nursing clinical activities as required to ensure optimal patient care. In the absence of the CNO, the ACNO will represent the CNO in the entire scope of the CNO’s responsibilities.
	ER Senior Staff Nurse – A Senior Registered professional Nurse who provides direct patient care and coordinates patient care-related activities using the scientific process of nursing. Nursing care given to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric population. Functions as a primary source for assistance and guidance on clinical issues to the Nursing Staff and assumes overall responsibility for the Emergency Department and Fast Track in the absence of the Head Nurse.
	Joint Replacement Nurse – A Registered professional Medical / Surgical Nurse who provides direct patient care and coordinates patient care-related activities using the scientific process of nursing.  Performs nursing interventions / procedures in accordance with established standards of care and policy and procedures.
	NICU Staff Nurse – BS Nursing or equivalent , Western trained/educated, at least 3 years post graduate experience in this speciality.
	NICU Staff Nurse – BS Nursing or equivalent , Far Eastern, at least 3 years post graduate experience within the speciality.
	Registered Midwife –  Direct entry, Diploma or BS in Midwifery  or equivalent, Western trained/educated, at least 3 years post graduate experience in Midwifery including labour and delivery.
	Senior Midwife –  To liaise, assist and interact with Head Nurse in acquiring a safe, people friendly, professional atmosphere in the unit to enhance a productive healthy working environment. Functions as a primary source for assistance and guidance on clinical issues to the Nursing Staff and assumes overall responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Head Nurse.
	PACU Staff Nurse  - Western trained/educated and Far eastern required, at least 3 years post graduate experience in PACU

 
STANDARD BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL NURSING POSITIONS:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing - duration of study is not less than three academic years from Western Accredited Institution• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Midwifery – duration of study is not less than 3 academic years from Non-Western Accredited Institution• At least three (3) years of recent post-graduate med/surg nursing experience.• Current home country license to practice nursing• BCLS certification • Private hospital experience desirable
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy
• Exposure to / experience of customer service principles
