SHP wants to employ 50 general nurses and 10 ICU nurses
Scandinavian Health Programs has orders of 50 nurses and 10 ICU nurses starting the 15th of June this year. We also need 25 more nurses mid August and even more throughout the year.
The requirements are:
- Language level B2 or C1 - preferably with a passed Bergenstest
- Authorization in Norway as a nurse
- A driving license for a normal car (not an absolute requirement)
- Be service minded and have the right attitude
- Preferably single
- Pass the job interview
- The flight to Norway will be covered
- Help with accommodation will be provided
- If the employers are satisfied with you the work in Norway will be permanent
- The standard of healthcare is good and very good the Norwegian salaries are very good
We will give Norwegian courses (B2/C1) for candidates who are already in the A2 or B1 level to become ready mid June 2014.
Concerning costs for language training:
- A1, A2 and B1 already have a "no job no pay" program, but it is very important that everybody buy the books and materials
- The B2/C1 can be taken through our net school or in one of our schools in Norway. The online course: B2 last for 3 months and C1 last for 1 month, and the price is 5000 €. The company will sponsor the course with 2500 € and make an agreement with every candidate like the "no job no cost" agreement, while the candidate will pay 2500 € themselves. With this add on to the Repayment Agreement the payback time will be extended to 18 months and the monthly payment will still be NOK 3.500,-. To go from A1 to C1 with the upfront payment for tuition of 2500 €, we hope will be an attractive offer - especially with the guarantee of a job in Norway.
- To do classroom training you have to attend one of our Schools in Norway, and this will cost from NOK 10.000 - NOK 20.000 per month for 4 months. Included is housing and 4 meals per day. This program cannot be sponsored, but it will give you all a very good start for your career in Norway.
Those who can refer nurses to us with the right qualifications and who will be ready for work mid June, will get a bonus of 500 € for every nurse.
