If you think you are
- Able to work in a multidisciplinary round (MDR)
- Able to work in shifts
- Responsible in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluate care plan
- Document and report on patients’ condition
- Coordinate and manage workload to ensure a safe environment for patients
CRITERIA
- Minimum requirement: Advanced Diploma in nursing specialties, or
- Registered Nurse with a practicing certificate
- Strong communication skills, and is able to build rapport with patients
- Preferrably with 2 years experience and above
- Fresh graduates may apply
