Job Description	Qualification : GNM Should work in different departments like Wards,OT,ICU,NICU,SICU ambulance care, etc Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records, charts Regularly monitor, record and report any change in patients conditions Record the patients medical information and vital signs Prepare patients for, and also assist them, during examinations and treatments Should attend and assist camps Should be able to perform different task in Nursing Assisting procedures in Out Patient Department, Operation theatre and Wards not involving administration of medication Should deal the all patients Care with Personal touch
